Manage and handle immigration cases at our law firm. Conduct client consultations to evaluate legal needs and develop appropriate immigration strategies. Prepare, review, and file government forms, statements, motions, and briefs; ensuring full compliance with legal requirements. Represent clients in interviews and hearings before immigration courts and agencies such as USCIS and ICE. Maintain consistent communication with clients, updating them on case progress and preparing them for procedures. Ensure all client information is confidential and manage case files meticulously using case management software. Oversee scheduling of all legal engagements, including meetings, interviews, and court appearances, and ensure all deadlines are met. Report to managing attorney on case status.
Rate of Pay : $84000
